Ernest Winter

Ernest Winter was a member of the successful Hunslet teams of the 1930's. He played in the Cup Final victory over Widnes in 1934 and was a try scorer in the famous All Leeds Championship Final in 1938. Signed from Featherstone, Ernest Winter overcame initial injury problems to become a valuable member of a successful side. He represented Yorkshire on a number of occasions.
